I used to be able to play it but now I can't update it

Overall this game has a lot of kids but some games are really good and have time and effort but sometimes it glitches and says it needs an update but you can't update it. The most recent one might be a me problem but the game don't load now

Lets me go through the whole process of filling out birthday and password. User name is good, password is good won't let me go past that screen. Very disappointing to give my son a Kindle HD 8 with hopes of playing and now it won't let him.
