At the same time, the predator’s outpost will have disaster flags, which can be used for decoration. Other disaster villagers nearby will try to pick up the fallen flag and become the next disaster leader.

Disaster Patrol

The disaster patrol is a group of 2-5 random disaster villagers generated in the world, including a leader, they will advance around the village and attack the villagers and iron golems. The player who kills the leader will receive the “Bad Omen” effect for 100 minutes.

Bad Omen (Status Effect)

 When the leader of the predator outpost team, the leader of the disaster patrol team’s defence against the attack fails, a 100-minute bad omen effect is obtained. When the player enters the village with this effect, the attack event is triggered.

Assault

When a player with the “Bad Omen” effect enters the village, the effect disappears, and an attack is triggered. Once the attack is triggered, additional villagers will generate disaster villagers and appear in waves.

At the same time, the bell will automatically ring when the village is attacked. It can make villagers run into their rooms immediately, or wake up the sleeping villagers, which can indicate the approach of the next wave of attacks, and the bell will ring to make monsters within a certain range of attack glow.

The disaster villagers participating in the attack include predators, vindicators, raiders, witches, and evokers. If the player successfully resists the attack, he will gain the effect of “Village Hero” and receive gifts from the villagers; if the defence fails, then he will get the “Bad Omen” effect again.

Predator

Predator generates in an attack on a disaster patrol, a predator outpost, or a village. When a predator finds an enemy, it sprints close to the target, and uses its own crossbow to shoot. When in the water, it will switch to a melee attack, and it will not attack without a weapon. Predators may drop arrows, crossbows, calamity banners, emeralds, enchanted books, and iron weapons and equipment after being killed.

Raider

After the raiders trigger an attack in the village, the third wave begins to spawn. It has a higher life value and damage value. It uses a head collision attack, which can cause a strong knockback effect, and the collision will destroy some blocks along the way. Raiders can swim, and they can also be protected by the earth: riding with raiders, you can get a saddle by killing raiders.

Assault Leader

Generated in an attack on a disaster patrol, a predator outpost, or a village. The appearance is a predator, guardian soil or evoker wearing a special banner. The behaviour is the same as ordinary disaster villagers, but other disaster villagers will follow their actions.

When the assault leader is killed, he will drop the Evil Banner and give the player a Bad Omen effect. Other nearby villagers will try to pick up the banner and become the next leader.

Village Hero (status effect)

In the last wave of the attack, by killing all the disaster villagers, players within the village will get the Village Hero effect for 60 minutes. Players carrying this effect will get discounts when dealing with villagers in the village where the attack occurs.
