The goal of the growth game is to become the largest object, whether it's a crowd, a black hole, or a sticky ball. Players usually need to have their characters move back and forth trying to find other objects to hit, and then the other characters get absorbed into themselves.

Lowtech Studios' "Slither.io" is one of the simplest, as you simply go around the circle and hit other circles. It's almost so simple that it becomes a perfect game, with only two mechanics: move around and get bigger. The art style of the game can be made as simple as possible, even with different colored bubbles, and each round only takes about a minute to complete.
