Dream Games, a Turkish game maker founded by five former employees of trivial game maker Peak Games, recently received $7.5 million in funding led by Makers Fund and followed by Balderton Captital and others.

Specifically, the five founding members of Dream Games are Soner Aydemir, former director of product at Peak Games (who built Toy Blast and Toon Blast), former programmers Ikbal Namli and Hakan Saglam, former product manager Eren Sengul, and former 3D artist Serdar Yilmaz.

Dream Games will use the funds to expand its staff and build casual games. In the first year, they plan to expand the team to 20 people, and again in the second year when they are ready to release a product that requires additional expertise.
