Playtika, a company that uses artificial intelligence to transform games, has core technology barriers. Founded in 2010 by Robert Antokol (CEO of Playtika) and Uri Shahak, the company is headquartered in Israel and has more than 1,300 employees worldwide. Its main product is mobile game, a chess and card social game, which is similar to "overseas version of QQ chess and card social game platform".

On August 6, 2018, Giant Network confirmed that its 30.5 billion acquisition of Playtika project will enter the review stage of China Securities Regulatory Commission's Merger and Acquisition And reorganization Committee. [1] On September 17, Giant Network issued a notice, announcing the withdrawal of the material assets reorganization application, which pointed to the project rejected by China Securities Regulatory Commission in August 2018 -- the acquisition of Israeli high-tech company Playtika for 30.5 billion yuan.
